Product
First, choose the product you would like to go for. We have various products in our catalog to choose from.
Next, on the product page, choose the design option on the right side. Enter the details you would like to have customized.
Lastly, add to cart and proceed to check out to complete the order!
All our designs are laser-engraved, which means they are literally etched into the wood. This essentially means that the laser cuts into the wood surface with great precision.
Due to this process, the designs are absolutely permanent and will last as long as the board exists!
Yes you most definitely can! By default, we will send you a free mock-up of customized design before engraving it.
Please also ensure that the email provided at the time of check-out is an active and easily accessible one, so that we can reach you in case we may have any questions regarding your order.
To create your custom design order, select the product and then click the "Custom Design Upload" button shown below the design options on the right side of the image. Here, you can upload an image or idea of your design. Then enter the instructions for customization and we will create a custom order for you!
(Please note that at this moment, we are not accepting orders for Portraits / Photograph engravings.)
If you still could not create a custom order, please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to send us an email and get the conversation started. We will be happy to assist you!
We do not accept returns on customized products due to the nature of it being personalized. Having said that, Sona Arts Toronto provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
Product Care
Our wood products are sealed with a premium high-quality food-grade finish. All engraved portions are resealed with food grade mineral oil.
The products are NOT dishwasher safe. To clean, wash with cold or lukewarm water and scrub with a bit of dish soap, wipe down and let it air dry upright or standing in a rack. Keep in a cool and dry place when not in use.

Shipping
We ship all over Canada and to the US at a flat rate of $15 for all orders, and this will be added at checkout.
We run discounts and promotions all year round, so stay tuned for exclusive deals!
It depends on the delivery location. We request a lead time of 3 days to make your order, though it may be done sooner. Once shipped, deliveries can take anywhere between 5-14 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship our products via Canada Post. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.
